I'm Josh Posey, a licensed commercial real estate broker with NextHome Wilson, operating under JP Strategic Holdings LLC. I serve investors and businesses across Indiana and Kentucky. My primary focus areas are retail, multifamily, and investment sales, and I work across commercial property types as clients and opportunities require.

I went straight to commercial real estate because the work is substantive, the relationships are long-term, and the clients I work with—investors, business owners, operators—expect a broker who treats every engagement as if it matters. That expectation is reasonable, and I hold myself to it.

Retail, multifamily, and investment sales are where I spend most of my time and where my market knowledge runs deepest. That said, I'm a full-service commercial broker—if the opportunity is in Indiana or Kentucky and the fundamentals make sense, I'm interested in the conversation.
